Oh Hi Amay!

It was really nice to cook good food especially if you are cooking for your loved ones .:) well, at least you know that they will not hurt your feelings if you fail with the dish haha. They will tell it nicely, like "mi, the tofu is overcooked" "the sauce is yummy though" :)) - the comment of my boyfriend when I cooked tofu steak. After my check-up (remember I got sore eyes?), Dadi (my term of endearment for Yuri) and I passed by a very small restaurant.. A japanese restaurant near Molino Doctors Hospital. We have not eaten our dinner yet and so we decided to try the food in  Ume-ya .

Hi! I've been very busy these past couple of months and I also got sick.. I'll never forget how uneasy it is to have sore eyes. It was painful, physically and financially. Haha.  Anyway, since sore eyes is viral, I was given a 5 day rest and since I am not the type of person who will really rest and do nothing, I decided to pursue my plan in fixing Yuri's table. It was a very simple and not that time consuming project. I needed fabric, thumb tacks, long nose, hammer and scissors.  

Hello friends! I am always excited to see and touch my preggy friends' tummy. I know that the little blessing inside their womb can feel me as well. :) Shirleen, asked me if I can take pictures of her and her hubby while she have that baby bump. You know, she's really thin and it's not really normal to see her with a big tummy but of course it's big because of the baby inside and not because of the effin FAT. haha. Haay Lucky you Shirl! Anyway, we scheduled it last June 12, because it's Independence Day here in the Philippines, no work for Jess (her hubby). And yeah, it's my off so no need for me to file a leave.  They fetch me in SM Molino and went straight to Azumi Hotel Alabang via Daang Hari which is our venue for the photo shoot. Hello!~ If you have seen the sofa slip cover I've sewn before you will feel that it has be accentuated with pillows. I mean pillows with printed design or if you have colourful fabric, that would be great too! :) So I tried looking for the fabrics I bought way back when I have lotsa time to go to Divisoria , Ylaya in particular. :) Ylaya, is like the haven for people who loves fabric. You can buy as low as Php10 per yard, but of course those are the type of fabric that doesn't have stocks any more.                  I really like this design so I decided to use it to compliment the plain black sofa.

I love you from the very depths of my heart.  I know that you are happy celebrating your birthday in heaven and in the arms of our creator. I hope that you are able to see how happy I am right now with the person who is worth every bit of love that I can give and who also love me just the way I wanted to be loved.  I hope mama that you are happy now that I am in the path where you've always want me to go and that is getting married. I can never forget the time when I was taking care of you. You always tell me "Anak, mag-asawa ka, mag-pamilya ka. Para pag tanda mo may mag aalaga sa'yo." (get married, build a family so that when you get old, someone will take care of you).  We love you so much Ma!

I am just so happy being chosen by Jane to go to Katy Perry's Prismatic World Tour. Jane first asked me if I have a work every thursday since she got two tickets for this concert. Las week, I actually do but I was able to talk to my coach and ask if I can get my lunch break on the last hour. I'm thankful that she has approved it so I have enough time to travel to Cubao, and meet Jane at the bus station. The concert was held at the Philippine Arena which is in Bulacan. We rode the German Espiritu bus to NLEX exit, then tricycle to Philippine Arena. Sadly we didn't get to avail the shuttle from Cubao to Philippine Arena because there's no longer Ticketnet in SM Dasmarinas and that is where I am before the event - no time going to other malls in Manila. Ugh. Well, we managed to get there safe. It was just hard to get off the bus because there's a lot of people standing in the aisle and we were seated at the back. Imagine how you will need to bump yourself ...

My boyfriend's cousin just got married yesterday. Too bad I was not able to attend the wedding though it's civil I still want to be on their special day. Anyway, Yic and I will make it up to them on my restday. This is the one I made for the couple. :)
