Oh Hi Amay!

My friends and I went to La Luz Beach Resort in Laiya Batangas. However, the resort is fully booked. So Jessa, booked us in Virgin Beach Resort instead, according to her it's more affordable in La Luz, but  we are very satisfied with the service of Virgin Beach Resort since it is not crowded, and the food is really delicious.

Oh hi! I just wanna share to you guys that I just had palabok and pichi-pichi, hmm actually I also had a bit of amber's spaghetti. :) It's my sister and bro in-law's anniversary. It just so happen that I got sick yesterday and was sent to the hospital to get myself checked. And since I was not able to go to work today, I am here celebrating with them. HAPPY TUMMY!:)

Finally, I was able to cook LOMI that I have been wanting to cook whenever  I remember the Lomi that my friend asked me to try. :)  It's good for a first timer in cooking this.  I hope to post more of my "first" here.  Want some? :))
